These terms define the rules of cooperation with Lublin Innovation Gate, a company based at ul. Spokojna 2 in Lublin. Our goal is to support Lublin manufacturing plants through technical consulting and cost optimization. By using our services, you agree to the conditions below. We ensure that every cooperation is clear and based on specific arrangements. We do not use complicated legal clauses; we care about a transparent partnership.

Lublin Innovation Gate offers technical audits, cost optimization, and support in preparing documentation for the purpose of research and development subsidies. Every audit is performed by our specialists, including Dariusz Nowak or Marta Kowalska. Our support is limited to consulting and document preparation. Decisions about implementing changes in your plant always belong to you. We are not responsible for production results after changes are implemented if they were not carried out in accordance with our technical recommendations.

Prices for our services, including the initial audit, are determined individually or according to the current price list available on the website. Payment for the audit in the amount of 500 PLN is payable as a one-time fee after finishing the visit at your plant. We issue invoices electronically to the email address provided by the client. The payment deadline is usually 14 days, unless we determine otherwise in a separate agreement. In the case of longer-term cooperation, financial conditions are specified in a separate document signed by both parties.

As specialists from Lublin, we treat your data and company secrets with the highest care. All information about your machines, processes, and budget is confidential. We commit not to share them with third parties. We are responsible for the reliability of our analyses, however, the ultimate responsibility for production management rests with the company owner. If any problem occurs, we are always open to conversation and an amicable settlement of the matter at our office at ul. Spokojna.
